ANUM

CoreBS · core platform for financial institutions

Loans, collateral, approvals and reporting — in one system.

Run pawnshop, credit organisation, leasing and bank operations from one place. Screens and workflows change without waiting for a software release, and your data stays on your own servers.

Real screens

Not a mock-up — the product itself.

Captured from the CoreBS demo environment with sample data. Screens are shown in Azerbaijani; the interface is also available in English and Russian.

Who approves each module, how many steps and from which amount — in one table.

What changes in daily work

No waiting for a software release to launch a product.

Forms, lists and workflows change through configuration. Changes are checked as a draft first; users only see the published version.

No operation goes through without a second signature.

Approval policies are set by module, role and amount. The final signature and execution happen together — nothing is left half-done.

Documents are not assembled by hand.

Contract, receipt and certificate templates are filled from system data, versioned and kept in an archive.

Who it is for

  • Pawnshops
  • Non-bank credit organisations
  • Leasing companies
  • Instalments and BNPL
  • Banks

Not a separate product for each — separate applications on one platform.

How we work

  1. Introduction

We listen to how you work and what systems you use, then show CoreBS on a scenario close to your operations.

  2. Pilot

We set up a trial environment for one or two processes you choose, and your team tests it with real scenarios.

  3. Installation

The system is installed on your servers, users are trained and support begins.

Your data stays on your servers.

CoreBS is installed on your organisation's own infrastructure and can run in a closed network. The interface, error messages and documents are available in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.

About the name

Uruk · c. 3300–3000 BC

Many of the oldest known written tablets come from the city of Uruk, and they record accounts rather than poetry: grain, livestock, debts. One of the city's main temples was dedicated to Anu, the sky god. The name ANUM points to that story and to the initials of our four founders.

The sign in our logo is AN: “sky” in Sumerian, and the sign used to write the name of the god Anu. The signs in the logo and on the tablet are real cuneiform signs, shown in their later standard Unicode forms.
